Kelly O’Shea — Founder, Owner and Artistic Director of K.O. Performing Arts.

Kelly O’Shea is a singer, dancer, and actress from Los Angeles with a BFA and a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance. She is an active performer in opera, musical theater, and as a gig and band vocalist. Her notable credits include performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City, making her international debut in Italy with Varna International, and appearing with Palm Beach Opera. Known for her natural gift for teaching, Kelly is a highly-sought after teacher with over 10 years experience specializing in advanced vocal training and serves as the producer and artistic director of KOPA’s MainStage musicals. Kelly believes that bringing performing arts to the community and working with future performers is one of her greatest passions next to performing herself.

Rachel Wresh — Private Lesson Teacher (voice & piano), Acting Instructor

Rachel Wresh, originally from Melissa, Texas, is a versatile performer specializing in crossover repertoire spanning opera and musical theater. A recent Master of Music graduate from the University of Miami, she earned acclaim for her dynamic performances with the Frost Opera Theater. Now performing on stages across the country, Rachel also brings her passion for teaching to several schools in the Miami area, including Florida Atlantic University. At KOPA, she shares her expertise through private voice and piano lessons, as well as acting classes.

Isabel Breakey — Private Lesson Teacher (voice & piano), Company Class Instructor

Isabel Breakey is a soprano and a New Hampshire native. She recently graduated with her Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami and received her Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance with an education minor from Oberlin Conservatory. As an educator, she has expertise in wide variety of genres, such as classical, musical theater, pop, and piano instruction. She has received awards for her excellence in vocal performance and pedagogy and cannot wait to work with the next generation of performers at K.O. Performing Arts.

Diana Landa — Private Lesson Teacher (songwriting, voice, & piano)

Diana Landa was born in Venezuela and after moving to the U.S., she joined the Southwest Florida Symphony and honed her craft at the Center for the Arts until her talent earned her a scholarship to the University of Central Florida, where she continued to hone her craft in singing, acting, and dance. Today, Diana is a rising star in the Latin and Pop music industry collaborating with top artists and music producers in the Miami area. Diana’s extensive experience as a singer, pianist, songwriter, and recording artist makes her a perfect fit for any student interested in music production.

Catherine Hamilton — Choreographer & Assistant Director MainStage Production

Catherine is an accomplished dance and theater professional now based in Miami. She holds a BFA from the University of Illinois and a Diploma in Dance Studies from Trinity Laban.

She spent 15 years performing, choreographing, and teaching in New York, with credits at renowned venues including The Metropolitan Opera, NBC’s Saturday Night Live, New York City Center, Lyric Opera Chicago, and Carnegie Hall. Her credits also include appearances in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, New York Fashion Week (Hermès), The Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center with The Honey Taps, and theatrical productions with The Rev and an original cast tour on Norwegian Cruise Line.

She has taught jazz, ballet, tap, and theater dance across NYC and beyond, most notably with Steps on Broadway, The University of Illinois, Artistry Dance Project, and Arc Stages.

As a Choreographer and Director, Catherine has created and staged work for Lyric Theatre at Illinois, Marymount Manhattan College, and RWS Global, with international Theater installations for Azamara Voyages. She has recently worked with Actor’s Playhouse and The Wick Theatre in South Florida.

Milenie Morejon — Stage Manager, Lightning Designer MainStage Productions

Milenie Morejon is thrilled to return as the stage manager for K.O. Performing Arts. She also serves as the lighting designer for all MainStage productions. Milenie began her career as an actress at Mater Performing Arts & Entertainment Academy and has extensive experience in musical theater production, having managed and participated in Thespian groups within the Florida Thespians District. She currently works as a lighting designer and stage manager for several companies across Miami and has proudly served as KOPA’s stage manager for the past four seasons.

Sofia Vidali — Substitute Teacher for Lessons & Group Classes

Sofia Vidali, a multicultural soprano from San Diego with Mexican and Italian roots, recently earned her Artist Diploma and Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music. Known for her expressive singing and engaging stage presence, she has performed with the Young Patronesses of the Opera as Little Red Riding Hood, bringing opera to young audiences through educational outreach. As a Teaching Assistant at Frost, she taught private voice lessons, directed student showcases, and mentored young singers. In addition to performing, Sofia remains passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of vocal artists.

Olivia Gray — Substitute Teacher for Lessons & Group Classes

Olivia Gray is a Louisiana native mezzo-soprano and a recent graduate of the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music with her Master of Music in Vocal Performance. She received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the Mannes School of Music at The New School in New York. As a Teaching Assistant at Frost Olivia coached students in language diction and assisted with the Music Theater Ensemble. She has experience with genres ranging from classical, musical theater, church hymns, jazz, and pop. Olivia is excited to share her knowledge and love of music with everyone at K.O. Performing Arts.
